SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within India)

  • A flat shipping fee of INR 80 is applicable on all orders below INR 1,999.

  • Free shipping is available on orders of INR 2,000 and above.

  • Orders are usually delivered within 7–9 working days, unless otherwise mentioned in the product description. 2-3 working days for processing we might take.

  • All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • If you wish to modify your order or update the delivery address, kindly send us a WhatsApp message at 8770673989 or email us at silverash.label@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the order value and package dimensions.

  • Custom duties, VAT, or any applicable charges will need to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

    • Note: Our Import/Export Code (IEC) is CRIPM5811L.

    • From 1st July 2021, VAT is mandatory on all deliveries to the EU; these charges are to be borne by the customer.

  • Our trusted international shipping partner is Indian Post Office.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 12–18 working days, unless otherwise specified in the product details.

  • All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
